I understand that I was a few dollars off from the full 10%, and that’s on me, but the way she approached us and demanded more despite the minimal service we received felt inappropriate (we only pressed the button once during our visit). Normally, she is friendly and welcoming, so her behavior was quite surprising. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to friends or family. After reading other reviews, I will also be keeping a close eye on my bank statement to ensure they don't add any extra tip without my consent.
The service at this restaurant was terrible, although the food was decent. The wait for both our food and the server to take our order was excessively long. We even pressed the service bell, but no one came to assist us. While the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant were enjoyable, the delays overshadowed the experience. Additionally, the server tried to pressure us into giving a larger tip, but we felt that the service didn’t merit it, so we didn’t leave any extra. I cannot recommend this place; if you choose to come here, be cautious of the servers!
If you want to spend a lot of money on mediocre food. For two people spent $71.98 plus tax of $8.64 with a total coming out as $80.62. It?s $33.99 a person. The waitress was very rude asking for more money and kept trying to bring back my receipt for moremoney each time. She didn?t deserve the tip I already gave her. Should have just put zero on there. This was a bad experiencehere I suggest you be cautious of this place if you do go. Not worth it.
Okay. Waited for too long for the food out. Its used to be very good but not anymore. I?m a regular with my family. We gave the waitress $50 bill to split into smaller bill for tip. She ended up stealing that $50 and told the other waitress that we did nottip anything. The other waitress got upset and gave us an attitude and demanded more money. So we ended up spending $250 for 4people. What a rip off!!!!

I have a deep appreciation for this restaurant! They provide excellent meals, and their menu is extensive. The chef here is a true professional, and I truly enjoy trying all of their dishes. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, and the service to the guests is also outstanding. I frequently visit this place and have never been disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Fantastic food and outstanding staff and service! It was my first experience with Korean BBQ, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and explanations. The all-you-can-eat BBQ is just $33 per person, so you can relax and sample whatever you like! I would definitely return to this place in a heartbeat.
The food here is incredible! If I lived closer, I would definitely visit more frequently. The service is consistently friendly, and there are large TVs all around showing K-pop videos while I enjoy my meal.
