The prices at B Bee Crepe Boba are too high for the quality they offer. I asked for strawberries instead of ice cream and was charged $2.25 for a few thin slices that didn’t even make a full serving. The bananas were brown, and the whipped cream looked old and watery. I ended up paying $10.75 for a disappointing meal. On top of that, the store manager was rude and unprofessional when I brought up an order mistake, refusing to apologize and visibly flustered. I won’t be coming back.
No crepes available until 4 PM!? I was craving crepes and searched online to find somewhere nearby. I drove 7 minutes to this place and waited about 10 minutes in line because there was only one person working, who was also making five smoothies. When he finally took my order, he told me he couldn’t make crepes until 4 PM since he was alone. When I asked why they didn’t have a sign explaining this, he said he would get in trouble if he put up a notice.
I will preface by saying that it was very obvious the place was very understaffed, so consequentially the drinks took a long time for a boba place.I got a taro milk tea with boba, it tastes just like milk with no taro or if any very very milk taro flavor but the drinks was a beautiful bright purple. My friends got a smoothie and a thai milk tea they were alright. They did think the drinks were very sweet.
The experience wasn't what it used to be, as they have taken all their flavored teas off the menu. I opted for the brown sugar milk tea instead, but it was only slightly warm, overly sweet, and not enjoyable. There was no ice in it, and the boba I paid extra for was undercooked. I considered returning it, but the line was too long. Unfortunately, I was really let down, as this used to be my favorite spot. Réservez une table maintenant
I love this place, the crepes are definitely my favorite snack whenever Mitsuwa. If you happen to see a red headed chef named Mike there, ask him for the secret menu items.Last time I was there he was making a special Taro crepe, if you get it with the cream filling and strawberries for a delicious vanilla cake flavor!Definitely worth a taste!
The crepes at B Bee Crepe Boba are absolutely delicious. I often offer to drive friends to O'Hare just so I have an excuse to stop by for one. The prices are reasonable, and my only downside is the long wait times. However, on weekends, the food court is usually crowded, so it's understandable. I haven’t tried their drinks yet.
I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH BEST BOBA OMG not even joking its actually rlly good, i got the strawberry thing one and it was rlly good, the boba balls are very tiny and chewy too, its perfect. I also got a crepe for dessert and it had mini mochi and icecream and stuff and it was super filling but super good
The crepes are SO good. I regularly volunteer to drive friends to O'Hare just so I can go grab one. I feel the price is fair and my only complaint would be the really long wait time. But if you go on a weekend it's to be expected since the food court is packed. Never tried their drinks though. Réservez une table maintenant
The crepe, when you finally get it, is amazing. The young lady, however, wouldn't stop talking to another employee and her hands didn't work while she talked. She even stopped to watch a video on the other girls phone. So, of course, it took longer than it should have to get 2 crepes.
