Baalbek Restaurant offers basic Lebanese fare and some other dishes (like pizza) for people with other tastes. I was treating my host family, who are vegetarians and knew there would be many selections for them. The "Trio" and appetizer sampler included humus, baba ghanoush and yogurt. The spicing was perfect as was the texture. The bread was unbelievable--the texture was flawless and the taste was excellent. The fattouche was brilliant, with lots of vegetable. The falafel was not as spicy as i like, but the texture was perfect. The only disappointment was the spinach pies--they used escarol instead, so the taste wasn't as sweet as spinach. If you like Lebanese food you cannot miss this place, it is small not too much spent in decoration ... but it is family business and likely family food)) their taboulé is genuine and amazingly tasty, they have many fresh salads .... I all their meats are delicious Kibe, kafta with fresh fried onions ... I am not fan of sweets but here again their selection of sweets is impressive (very sweet!))It is located in the heart of Jardins district alameda Lorena and it is very cheap for this location ...Actually it is my favorite Lebanese restaurant from anywhere in the world ... Brazil and São Paulo is a place with a huge Lebanese colony

Fomos muito bem atendidos. Apesar da tempestade lá fora, com infiltração de água, a equipe fez de tudo para atendermos da melhor forma possível. O Beirute é bem servido. Os doces árabes estavam um pouco secos.A lanchonete está acoplada a um minigolfe, dá para comer e se divertir com a família. Tem uma mesa com brinquedos, para crianças.

Comida árabe de excelente qualidade, ótimo tempero e sabor. O valor é acessível e o local muito agradável. A coalhada e as esfihas não decepcionam! Obs: Não deixe de visitar o minigolf ao lado, diversão garantida.

Os pratos são variados e bem fartos. Já comi o rodízio e gostei muito também. O tempero é ótimo e o atendimento também é muito bom. Recomendo.
