The chef is good and makes an effort, nice greetings from the kitchen... you don't find that often anymore, we appreciate that, thank you. Responds to individual customer wishes. Chef has potential. Truffle dishes would be delicious. Veal entrecote with morel cream sauce and spaetzli with fine vegetables is a hit!
