Pizza was good, chances are I might never return, I had seen there page pop up often on Instagram and I was automatically intrigued, the pizza combos looked delicious, so we took a trip to El Monte and had to have a taste for ourselves, I personally went there to try their stacked Mojo potatoes, I quickly spotted that my mojo's lacked some cheese, we asked for more cheese topping, the waiter was hesitant till he finally agreed 5 seconds later too long! Ive posted pictures from what we ordered and how it looked to us, VS the deception that's posted on their Instagram page. First 3 pictures are of what we we actually were served, last 3 pictures is what they have shown to entice us!
I really enjoy the pizza at Baby Bros, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I often hesitate to place an order there because they frequently get my order wrong, and when I point it out, the staff tends to respond with an attitude. During my most recent visit, my order was once again incorrect, and the cashier, Lauren, had an unwelcoming demeanor. Good customer service is crucial, and a simple smile can truly make a difference. Baby Bros, please work on enhancing your customer service.
When we arrived, the parking lot was dead and the restaurant was the same. I thought they should be more business when it's good. Boy I was wrong!!! The wings are crispy and tasteful we had the buffalo, lemon pepper and honey bbq all were amazing! The pizza was on the square and fluffy all the way through with a delicious fluffy crispy crush
I was really disappointed with my experience. Both pizzas were incorrect and the toppings I wanted were missing. The wings were cold, and overall, I felt let down, especially after spending $64 on this meal. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn't even have the correct address.
