The service was excellent with exception to one comment from the waiter made towards a waitress that made us and her uncomfortable. The food was very disappointing. The chatuebriands to share wasn't shared at all and was an individual plate of food. This was the same for the beef wellington to share. The accompanying vegetables were bland and clearly microwaved. The starters were OK but the mains were very disappointing for the price and what we expected. I would not recommend this place for the food but the ambience and interior is nice so would recommend for a drink.

This was our second visit to this restaurant and we were not disappointed for the second time. The best roast dinner we have had in a restaurant. The staf are friendly and personable. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again. Would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Valentine's day set menu was great value for money and very enjoyable. Live music was not obtrusive and added a nice ambiance. Service slowed a little as it became busier (before that actually felt rushed! , but nice ambiance made it fine to just enjoy the evening.

Our group of 8 ladies all felt the food was well presented and good, but we did wait an hour for our starters, difficult for cars with 2 hour limits, but we shall come again! Réservez une table maintenant

I only gave it 5 stars because the scale doesn’t go up to six. Excellent food.and wonderful friendly staff. Have made. My regular ‘go to’ place now.

As always the Beacon Bistro ever fails to impress. The dishes vary but are always excellent. A little gem in Beaconsfield
