We were looking for a nice restaurant to go to the celebration of our wedding. Since our original reservation has canceled us due to the illness of the cook, the whole was relatively short-term. Our requirements were still quite high: a good selection of vegetarian dishes (you should think that would not be a thing in 2023, but if you want more than salad and pizza/noodles/pommes, this is unfortunately really hard and the possibility to take our 3 dogs with us because we could not leave them alone in the holiday home.
