The noise level in the restaurant made it extremely challenging to hear one another at our table. The service also left much to be desired; the servers were neither particularly helpful nor friendly, and we often had to seek someone out to ask for water refills. We were surprised that no birthday dessert was offered, and when the server returned with the bill, he removed the itemized version that included a mandatory 20% gratuity. Instead, he presented a charge slip with only the total and a blank tip line. Had we not noticed the gratuity was already included in the total, we might have ended up double-tipping the server. The highlight of the evening was, surprisingly, the sourdough bread.
The food, drinks and service at Baci's is always great. We usually sit outside but it was windy so we sat inside. Everything was great except we had a pesky fly buzzing around. I had the rack of lamb and it was excellent, so was my pomegranate martini! We go to Baci's a lot, we highly recommend it.
We dined at the bar and had a fantastic experience. Matt was amazing! It was the best martini I've had in a long time. This place is a genuine delight. We absolutely love it!
our seafood entries were delicious. they were very large portions so though they are expensive you do get a lot for it.

Average service. There were some flies flying around my table that day which was totally unacceptable.
everything was delicious! we had the 10 unzen filet together with the keilsalat. our meal was amazing!
Baci always delivers with the lobster ravioli. The service is very welcoming its like being at home.
