Die große Auswahl an Barguettes hat mich als Besucher der Stadt begeistert. Habe in den letzten Tagen verschieden Variationen probiert, sehr lecker. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Einrichtung. Es ist nicht. Besonders gemütlich, und eher auf "Schnell-Abfertigung" ausgelegt. Wer gemütliche Atmosphäre sucht findet sie hier schwerlich, wohl auch aufgrund des hohen Besucher Andrangs. Aber die vielen Kunden zeugen von der Klasse Qualität der Produkte.

Dass hier auch (gar nicht so schlechter) Kaffee verkauft wird, macht den Laden nicht zu einem Cafe. Das Angebot an Backwaren ist uniform, langweilig und ewig gleich. Es ist gewöhnlich voll und laut. Der Bildschirm mit Musikvideoprogramm trägt reichlich dazu bei. Ungemütliche Atmosphäre, im Bedarfsfall zum Brot kaufen noch geeignet. Es gibt nur Selbstbedienung, aber die Kassenkräfte sind freundlich.

Back-Factory offers a wide range of sandwiches and baked goods as well as drinks at comparatively low prices. The value for money is very good. But the hearty products succeed much better than the sweet products. The product range is also very diverse. The seat is sufficient and comfortable, both inside and outside. The shop is easy to find in the centre of Weimar.

Uitgebreid assortiment van allerlei soorten brood en snacks, seizoens afhankelijk. Omdat het werkelijk goedkoop is en de koffie goed is het vaak druk waardoor de tafels en de vloer soms wat rommelig zijn. Buiten wordt gerookt, dus om er te zitten niet aan te bevelen maar om er iets halen zeker. Réservez une table maintenant

Coffee and pastry - also have other snack food. 3 sizes of coffee. Self serve on everything but the leas expensive I've seen in Germany. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

I have been there for a quick lunch. Self service works OK, although I am missing espresso coffee at such places. Staff is OK although not so talkative in English.
