"The chopped brisket was fantastic. Although I typically don't like Mac & cheese, the jalapeno version was quite tasty. The nacho plate was excellent, and the fried okra was a standout dish. Just a heads up, the okra is made to order, so it arrives at your table piping hot."

This restaurant is housed in an old building that used to be a feed store, giving it a rustic charm inside. However, it is well-maintained and very clean. The serving line was manned by 3 friendly and attentive guys who made sure to cater to our preferences. My wife and I both ordered the sliced brisket sandwich, which was made fresh for us. We also got sides of coleslaw, potato salad, and fried okra, all of which were delicious. The okra was hot and cooked to order, the coleslaw was perfect, and the potato salad was chunky. The brisket was incredibly tender and easy to cut with a plastic fork, with the sauce served on the side. One of the team members came to our table twice to check on us...

Disappointing. I ordered the loaded baked potato (or whatever they call it) with brisket to go. It was ready when I arrived. Upon getting to my destination and opening the plate...I found there were no utensils or napkins provided. Then I saw thepotato wasn't cut open either. The toppings were all provided in separate small containers. While there was plenty of brisket, the butter and sour cream were lacking, given the size of the potato. For my personal taste, the potato was a bit hard, underdone but the bottom was scorched. And not having enough butter or sour cream, it resulted in a dry potato. Not a goodexperience.

I love a good BBQ joint so me and the fam decided to try them for lunch today they had a great menu and some good options also weren't super pricey in my opinion, we tried the loaded baked potato for my son then my wife had Chicken Fried Steak, and I hadthe 3 Meat Platter..... the food was good except for these ribs.... had to take my 1st order back because they were tough anddry..... got the 2nd order and it wasn't much better..... its like they use the charring method on all the Meat and that leavesit tasting slightly burnt.....I may go back.... but no Ribs for me lol

I ordered the 3-meat platter and received 2 of the meats, ribs and pulled pork. I enjoyed the food and the cashier was very funny and friendly. I am giving it 4 stars because the smoke flavor was dominant and there wasn't much of any other flavor until I added BBQ sauce. The smoky baked beans were also a bit too smoky. Overall, it is a good place to dine.
