Das Café ist nicht groß, und manchmal muss man auf einen freien Tisch warten. Es zahlt sich aber aus, denn die Bedienung ist freundlich und arbeitet flott. Wir haben dort ein reichhaltiges Sortiment vorgefunden und hatten somit die Qual der Wahl. Schließlich entschieden wir uns für einen Topfenstrudel und eine Schokoladentorte. Mit dem Kaffee war die Jause perfekt.Da mein Bruder und die Schwägerin auch schon dort genächtigt haben, fanden wir deren Infos bestätigt. Zum Schluss haben wir uns noch einen Filzmooser Almlaib mitgenommen und dieses Brot Zuhause genossen. Wenn wir wieder einmal in der Gegend sind, ist es uns sicher einen Besuch wert.
Das Geschäft hatte heuer nur sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten, und das in der Hauptsaison. Besonders Mittwoch, wo viele eine Pause vom Skifahren machen, hat die Konditorei am Nachmittag zu, ebenso unter anderem Samstag und Sonntag nachmittag. Auch die Auswahl an Mehlspeisen war äußerst begrenzt. In der Früh beim Semmel holen gab es überhaupt noch keine Mehlspeisen. Wird hier bald wegen Reichtums geschlossen?
Great staff and traditional bakery, but the smoking inside - with other guests and all the fresh made breads and pastries - drags the points down substantially. The smoke is disgusting, harmful and brings down the whole experience of wonderful aromas and the nice inviting atmosphere. Take a stand and allow smoking only outside.
