This place, The Backstreet Café has become one of our favorite places to eat with family and friends. You have an amazing breakfast menu that is creative and delicious! Soups, salads, sandwiches and lunches are healthy, fresh and delicious! The Backstreet Café has a very special place in our hearts, at the beginning of this year, our high school had experienced some bomb threats and the children were frightened, the attempt was under freezing that morning when the incident occurred and the children were evacuated outside without coats! I was able to take her from school to eat at the Backstreet Cafe. The girls were shaken and frightened by what had happened and decided to warm up the hot chocolates and settle down, they were so warm, comforting and tasty, they chose the salads and delicious chicken slaughters. To my surprise they had my favorite soup, divided pea! I have over every split peas soup in the Tri-State area...ol, this by far, was the best and most tasteful divided peas soup I've ever tasted! I ordered the Caesar Salad with the homemade dress that I am addicted now! Back Street Café made it very comforting for all of us in the midst of the chaos we all experienced this day and I am very grateful for that. My family and friends are often available for breakfast, many lunches with friends and even dinners! But next to the farewell, the café is cozy, the waiting staff and the owners are welcoming, super friendly and accommodating. They really make it so comfortable for all cartridges. Finally, I must mention the very clean bathrooms and the recently opened breezy semi-shaded/sunny terrace! Now if we ask the teens where they want, nosh....they all scream for The Backstreet Café! <==========================================================================
