Bad Daddy's Burger

Sunday evening at about 1700. One other table. We ordered waters and two CYO burgers, one menu burger, and one large CYO salad. CYO burgers were both 10 ounce; they were two five oz. patties. One was ordered medium, the other medium rare but both were much closer to well-done, perhaps barely medium-well. Why try with 5 oz refrigerated patties? Other burger was medium. Salad, with fried buttermilk chicken was five minutes late to the table. I chose romaine, walnuts, cucumbers, peppercini peppers, Gouda, Parmesan, red onion, Greek vinaigrette, and add crumbled bacon. The service was great! I love the atmosphere of this restaurant as well, good music, fun decor, and lots of TVs. My kids had so much fun and it was a good break from the road (we're in the middle of a long trip south). I got a bison/Buffalo burger and it was cooked perfectly and juicy and awesome (bison is easy to dry out). I do wish the bun had been toasted or warm, so if you get the multigrain id ask them to toast it it tasted like they pulled the bun straight out of the bag and slapped a glorious burger patty on it. The sweet potato fries were great! My older son got the chicken fingers and they were dry as a bone. My other kid got grilled cheese and loved it tho! Overall I highly reccome...
