Bada Sushi New Location

For appetizers, we ordered the Hamachi Truffle and the Orange Blossom. The Orange Blossom was a delightful bite of freshly seared salmon with masago, perfect for sharing. The Hamachi Truffle was the best I've ever had, featuring perfect slices of fresh yellowtail drizzled with truffle oil and topped with crispy onions. For dinner, we shared several rolls: the Red Hot Chili, Tri State, Hamachi Jalapeno, and Geisha. Each one was beautifully prepared, showcasing fresh fish and a great balance of flavors. The Red Hot Chili had the perfect kick of heat, while the Geisha was crisp and refreshingly delicious. I can't wait to go back!

Wow, this place is fantastic! The crispy rice is absolutely delicious, and the fish in my rolls was super fresh. My only minor issue—though not really a complaint—is that I prefer the cucumber in my rolls to be julienned instead of cut into thick slices. It makes it a bit harder to eat, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. This is hands down the best sushi in the Mahwah/Ramsey/Suffern area!

Wow! This place serves the best sushi in the area! You have to try the Dragon roll—it's delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic, making it perfect for any date. If you can't find parking on Main Street, there's parking available across the street near Chase. Enjoy your meal!

Outstanding sushi! They also offer tempura, teriyaki, and bento boxes. The food is fantastic, and the service is incredible. There's a full bar available as well. Be sure to make a reservation! Réservez une table maintenant

My wife and I visited this restaurant for a little getaway, and we had a fantastic experience. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

Make sure to try the crispy rice, J-5 roll, and bang bang shrimp! The food is fantastic!
