SUPPORT!!!! Summary: 10.02.2023 after my written complaint, I was called yesterday both by the district management and by the branch management. Now again personally appeared at the branch to clarify the situation. It was quite strange, but I finally got the 50€, also 2 pieces of cake. Proclaimed saleswoman was also very dissolved, apparently had fallen behind the drinks machines....no matter. I am very grateful for the conversations, both on the phone and in the branch, felt very serious as a customer. In the end, I can say: The cake and also all baked goods there, were and are always very tasty, and the sellers are always friendly. It was a mess of unfortunate circumstances. Entry from 08.02.2023(you have stolen me by 50€!!!! Report comes, complaint follows the boss! The seller with the reddish colored hairs and Eastern European accent white will be very divorced!!!!! Ad follows, plus complain to the boss!

Nice little bakery café with mostly friendly staff good choice and at special times with lots of clientele. Has been there more often, has always been kindly received. By the way, breakfast is also ok, but I only know from other branches.

Hello people, I love this place all are always very friendly and this selection is just wonderful. Very clean and welcoming. What I also think is that the one with To Good to Go I wish all would do that.

Beautiful little Essmann branch with seating also out what is personally important to me Unfortunately at the time construction site at the house
