Sensationally good! On my travels through Germany I have actually tried quite a few bakeries. Interesting: While in the western part of the country, especially in the big cities, there are more and more bakers who only have baking stations for irrelevant, indifferent pieces of puff pastry, etc. you can often find real bakers with real cakes in the East. A particularly good one is this one: There are unusually large pieces of cake, but you can also get half of them. I tried cakes with burnt chocolate and semolina cakes, as well as a quark pocket with plums everything was fresh and sensationally good! If I ever find myself in Aue again, I'd love to come back!

Nice large selection of confectionery products, great rolls. However, only 3 stars because the saleswomen seem very unfriendly and just annoyed. You immediately feel uncomfortable when ordering.

We ended up in the bakery in Zschorlau after a trip and were served very friendly. We took cake home and... it tasted great! Can just be recommended.
