had bought a whole grain there. after two months the grains of the grains have broken down into grains. no longer lasting a year! Phone is never reach anyone and after the first e-mail came only the answer that it no longer responds in my warehouse conditions and after the second e-mail. I can't get away! I've been processing whole grain for years until I haven't experienced any other supplier. the phone was partially completely released. Apparently too many have complained and they were overwhelmed with all the regenerations.

I strongly warn against a purchase at Bäckerei Spiegelhauer. The company is not registered with trustedshops!! There is no customer service, the company is not accessible in case of complaint, and does not respond to emails. And that the case of a complaint is very likely when you order seeds and cereals. The product is partly old with a very low durability date. Other customers rated on other portals also received rancid and muffled goods. The company just doesn't react. Very unsuccessful

The customer service does one on friendly. It's just hypocrisy. At the last purchase I got a wrong article and I was told that I got a credit. After further friendly email contact, nothing changed after days. So be careful here

Go away. For cereals (Biodinkel for over 80Euro) No answer from customer service despite countless posts with proof photos and enrollment. No purchase recommendation.

I bought Lievieto Madre. The organic yeast has been over the shelf life for 2 weeks and is no longer capable of being driven. Customer service is miserable.
