we celebrated a birthday and our individually compiled menu as follows: apero with flaky cake, appetizer plate with smoky salmon, terrine, melone with parmaschinken and smoked trout fillet, followed by a small mixed salate and as main dish calves carved on morchelsouce, sweet garnish and carrot burrs. as a conclusion there was a dessert after choice. all the foods were from the finest, from the quality to the presentation (see the pictures.) the service is exceptionally friendly and very attentive and the facility very cozy.
we were invited to dinner by the parents of my partners. the restaurant has a good ambiente and is nice to look at.We know from the view the owners who are very sympathetic. the workers are courteous and do a competent work.The eating was very good and we had enough (someone has eaten fish, someone steak, someone rahmschnitzel and I lammfilet.) I would recommend to everyone!
the menu started with a fine flame-cake apero followed by filled morcheln on leafy pillow with cream sauce. after a refreshing little mixed salad there was a wonderful entercôte double on pfeffer and bearnaise sauce with a sweet garnish and potato burr. was rounded with various fine desserts. the service was once again very friendly and attentive. a good culinary fest.
