I ordered a toasted plain bagel with lox cream cheese, but there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel, as shown in the picture, and it wasn’t even toasted. I decided to give them another chance and ordered a rainbow bagel with walnut cream cheese, but the same issue happened again. I understand that inflation is a reality, but this is simply unacceptable. Additionally, when you place a phone order and pay with a card, they loudly repeat all of your information, including the CVV, for everyone to hear. I used to go to this place regularly, but now I will be searching for a new bagel shop.
The two men making your bagels DO NOT WEAR gloves. They went to the bathroom came out and proceeded to make more bagels BARE HANDED to customers. Touching your meat, your bagels and cheese barehanded !! I witnesses both men cleaning their hands withtheir t-shirts and wiping sweat from their foreheads the. Proceeded again to touch your bagel and sandwich. So very Disgusting.Did not pay for my order and walked out Never again. Do not recommend !!! Avoid at all cost, there is no hygiene in this place.

My friend and I requested our bagels to be toasted, but they came out untoasted. That's disappointing! Additionally, I found a long strand of hair in my bagel, which is absolutely disgusting. I will definitely not be returning to this place; it's the worst bagel shop I've been to!

Paid $9.04 for an omelette..The prices are ridiculous. If things are expensive for the owner at least put some effort into your food you put out. Horrible! Never going here again!

I had the turkey bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and it blew me away. It’s honestly the best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life—no joke!
