I had a great experience at this restaurant when I stopped by around 6:30pm for a sudden craving for salmon. I ordered their L.E.O. Omelette (Lox, Eggs, Onions) on a toasted plain bagel, which came with coffee for a total of $13.75. While it was a bit pricey, the quality of the salmon made it worth it. The food was made fresh and the customer service was excellent, as the place was nearly empty. They accept Apple Pay, and the staff was attentive and asked how I liked my coffee before making it. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed the food. I would definitely come back during rush hours to see if the service is just as good. The bagel was definitely worth it!
This place is disgusting. Low quality food and I've been told by employees that they do not follow standard health and allergen regulations or expectations. They're filthy and if you have an allergy I do not suggest eating here. If you have a problem with your order they will insist and argue with you that it's your fault then hang up on you after putting you on hold 5 times at least. Their Uber Eats menu is not set up properly and they refuse to fix it so you will have a problem with your order.
Order didn’t come taped with the vaad and the whole order was wrong when we callled. To complain saying we can’t eat the phone because it didn’t have a vaad tape the manager was being very rude and put a Spanish worker on the phone who cursed us out in Spanish. . The vaad of five towns will definitely be contacted about this matter and I need to talk to the owner about this disrespectful night crew .
It’s disgusting and gross that Bagel Boss has implemented “Add a tip” during the credit/debit card checkout process. Gratuity Grubbing? It was gross that they added a 3.5% surcharge a year ago if you didn’t pay by cash, but it now ask for a tip? Here’s a tip: PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE MONEY! Rewarding them with a tip for doing their job is just a pathetic way to NOT pay them higher wages.

Literally the best Bagel shop in the Valley Stream area. Currently working nights on a project so this place gets the WIN for being 24/7. The bagels are amazing. The staff is always friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
They have amazing bagels the bagels are heaven when fresh their acai bowl are 10 out of ten! There service is really good you have to wait less then 5 minutes usually!
Good food and terrible service. I don't think they have ever once gotten my order correct. 10 people behind the counter and no one knows what anyone is doing

Great bagels, would be 5 stars I they got good coffee. No reason for a place with such great quality food should have such weak coffee.
I highly recommend trying the Beagle Boss favorite wrap with added cheese and peppers. It is absolutely delicious!
