When you mess up a bagel with cream cheese you can't call yourself the bagel boss. First they took the order of the guy behind me before me so that didn't feel good getting skipped. The line moved slow enough as it is. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. The lady behind the counter comes back to me after a minute and asks if I said butter or cream cheese. When I got to my car I see that they give a minimal amount of cream cheese and found clumps of butter from what I can only assume they were putting on until they realized I may have asked for cream cheese. Just a really bad bagel spot. A good bagel shop would never sell that knowing there's butter on almost half the bagel. Ha...
I really like this bagel joint. The quality of bagels ? are always consistent and made with high quality ingredients. The other thing I like is that it's Kosher so I can enjoy a coffee ? and breakfast with my Jewish friends without having to have them compromise on their dietary restrictions. I love the variety of fresh made cream cheese and various toppings you can add such as smoke salmon ? I usually prefer jalapeños flavor with a sweet bagel. If you have NOT tried it, you should and thank me later ? It would have been 5* but coffee here is not so great atleast for me so I am giving it a 4 out of 5.
This Bagel boss is a star better than a dump. Other Bagel Bosses are exceptionally fresh food, until today, but this store Cole Slaw was unusable few bagels and no variety and tables were dirty. I used to be there and was the same ( warning my choice to go here for lunch). In a lively shopping stripe why this Bagel Boss would be so sub par. The next time we go to Iavarone for lunch.

Today I had a great experience at bagel boss in lake success. I ordered a salad? not chopped that was delicious and fresh. I had a sesame flat on the side and a scoop of delicious veggie tuna. I highly recommend this spot. Oh and the iced coffee was so good. I?ll go back again.
The cashiers are quick and efficient, as always. However, I felt a bit overwhelmed during my visit. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate muffin, and the total was $8.49! What?! The bagel was great, but the muffin was dry, hard, and bland.
Cashiers are fast efficient nice how ever ?. They are OVERLY PRICED. I bought a bagel with cream cheese a chocolate muffin and it came up to $8.49 !!! Wtfffff!? Bagel taste great , muffin was dry , hard and tasteless.
My wife is a huge fan of the Bagel-Boss. The staff is friendly and the prices are quite reasonable. This place is definitely one of the best bagel shops at Lake Success Mall.

My wife loves the lox on a everything bagel over at bagel boss. Friendly staff with some decent prices. This is definitely a top bagel shop at lake success mall.
Nice variety of cream cheese here. I tried the lox and scallion mix on a toasted egg bagel and it was great!
