i recently walked into the WI Bagel Buzz for the 1st time. i was greeted right away with a smile. they were getting busy. it was about 11:30am. i asked a bunch of bunch of questions, which were answered politely, with a smile. the server went out of her way to make sure i got what i wanted and would be happy. the price was right. my order was perfect and the food delicious. i will be going back soon. i did call to let them know how impressed i was. i found out it was Taylor who served me. she 's a keeper! thoughtful, polite, professional, knowledgeable all with a smile. thank you again Taylor! ';
Pathetic Service. SPECIFICALLY asked for a sandwich with no cheese this morning from door dash. i clearly stated NO CHEESE IM ALLERGIC ON THE NOTES. IT seems like nobody cares to read the notes. Anyway when i called they said well we didnt see the note so theres nothing we can do didnt offer me a free bagel, egg sandwich, nothing. They rather lose money than offer a free sadnwich for their careless mistake.
