Amazing place Amazing owner and employee. Amazing food... Customer service here is about and about every bagel shop I was too. The owner is proud of this place and it shows. From the high-quality ingredients they use like boars head bacon to the fact that their ice cubes are actually used in the ice coffee (as not water it down). We used to be regular customers at this restaurant, but the quality has really declined! I ordered a dozen bagels and found a small hair baked into one of them. When I checked the bottom of the bag for another bagel, I discovered a long hair as well. Fortunately, the staff agreed to give me a refund this time. This has been a go-to for awhile for a decent bagel and sandwich. Unfortunately, today I found a piece of metal in my sandwich. Called and they just said, “sorry about that” with no offer of refund or remaking the sandwich. Definitely not the gentleman I usually deal with, but your employees should know how to deal with mistakes. A piece of metal, from something in your kitchen, in my food, is disgusting and not what I paid for. Not to mention it is probably NOT the safest thing to ingest. Hoping they at least checked their equipment so no one else actually swallowed something they didn’t pay for in their sandwich.

Really enjoyed Bagel City this morning for brunch. Intended to just go in to get iced coffee (which was great because the ice cubes were coffee) but ended up getting a bagel with cream cheese (not in the picture). They had a variety of coffees to choose from as well as bagels, spreads, and sandwiches that are perfect for any time of day. There was plenty of seating, the staff was very friendly, and the whole place was clean. Every time I go by there's a constant flow of people going in and out so it must be a very popular place. Certainly give it a try!
Bagel was fine. Cream cheese was also pretty good. I asked politely for light cream cheese. I received a lifetime's supply of cream cheese. Now I'm sitting in my car, scraping most of it off with an old spoon while thinking about larger, existential issues like how so many of us go through life on automatic, not paying attention to the world around us. A waste of time and cream cheese.
It's vital for the staff to know how to handle mistakes professionally. Finding a piece of metal from your kitchen in my food is not only disgusting but also poses safety concerns. I hope they take the time to inspect their equipment to prevent anyone else from potentially swallowing something dangerous.
Order was made quick, staff was friendly and polite. Bagel is stale and a small amount of cream cheese was just plopped in the middle. Also quite pricey. Overall pretty disappointing.

We eat these bagels because it’s close and the people are very nice. The bagels are fresh but a bit breaded.
Excellent bagels spreads!!! I get these bagels when in Morris County. The best in the area!
