First and foremost, if you lack the ingredients to fulfill orders, please inform the customer. They allowed me to place my order, handed me my food, and charged me full price, all while being aware that they didn’t actually provide what I had requested. When I brought it up, they casually mentioned that they didn't have the ingredients and only offered tomatoes as a substitute. I had to ask for lettuce because what I was really missing was coleslaw. They didn’t apologize or offer a partial refund. To make matters worse, I added something extra to my wrap and was charged full price plus the add-on, despite not receiving what I asked for.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The new menu offers an impressive variety of delicious options. I’ve sampled several dishes, including their breakfast sandwiches and chicken wraps, and each one was fantastic. The new management is also wonderful, and I always feel warmly welcomed when I visit. I highly recommend checking this place out—you won’t be disappointed!
Unfortunately something has changed..1. In some of my last few orders, something was missing.2. Found a piece of plastic inside the actual bagelIt’s a shame as this has been my go to place for years. Now need to find a new spot. I hope they correct whatever is going on there. The staff are nice but the quality and oversight is lacking.
It seems like there has been a change in management. This was my first experience at a bagel shop that offers empanadas. Unfortunately, they've stopped serving crepes, which is a bit disappointing. I also found it odd when an employee made a comment about me wearing a mask. On a positive note, the bagel was still delicious!

If you’re missing an ingredient for a dish, you should inform the customers before they pay the full price. It's frustrating when customers receive their food and then inquire about it. The portion sizes and flavors were inconsistent. Very disappointing!
I visit Bagel Culture every day, and even with the new management, the service remains excellent and everyone is friendly. If you're looking for a quick egg sandwich or a bagel with salmon, this is the best place to go.
Amazing service, great attention and tasty food with many of possibilities to try. Plus the place is so clean you can also sit peacefully to enjoy your food. Excellent experience
