Ordered through door dash. Bagel hero called me with a question.. I missed the call. I called them back got placed on hold for 10 mIns. And if any of you order from door dash you know one of the major selling points of ordering through the app is to save you time... After being on hold for 10 mins. I hung up. Tried to call back. Got hung up on (after the woman said UGH) Then called back again. Tried to explain I just needed to know why THEY called ME. Spanish speaking guy answered the phone. When I asked to speak to the boss cause he didn't know what I was talking about he called me a crazy puta while passing the phone. Then the boss finally gets on the phone to ask what type of meat I wante...
Very friendly staff. Extremely clean. Seating inside. Large variety of lunch specials. Ordered a BLT. Average size sandwich. Vegetables were fresh and bacon was crisp. Good to stop in grab a quick bite. Good variety of bagels made on the premises and Boars Head products.
Best of the best! A nice young man named Matthew made my Sausage, Egg and Cheese and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in the neighborhood! 10/10
French Toast and home fries are amazing and Fresh Bagel right out from the oven is so delicious ?Most of all, good customer service made me happy smile^ ^

Too expensive, they raise the price too high after the pandemic, like every where else is not like people got a raise at work after the pandemic
