We come here around once a week and the bagels are good, but they consistently get my order wrong. I don't order anything complicated; typically just egg and cheese on a bagel. Some days it's something simple like they forget the salt and pepper. Some days it's the wrong bagel (i.e. plain instead of everything). Today, they added ketchup (I didn't ask for ketchup) so the whole sandwich went in the garbage. Another day, they forgot one of my sandwiches altogether. I don't have time to return to the store so I just take it as a loss.
I'm definitely disappointed with this place. I ordered 2 bagels, toasted with butter. Can't get any easier than that. Right? Wrong!!! Obviously the bagel is definitely not toasted properly and I have a slab of butter on each of my bagels. Simply horrible. And of course I am working and on the road. So I can't turn around and get a new order but with that being said. If it was done right the 1st time, then I shouldn't have to go back. Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You've been warned
I’m really disappointed with this place. I ordered two toasted bagels with butter—how simple can it get? Unfortunately, they clearly didn’t toast the bagels properly, and they slathered a huge amount of butter on each one. It was just terrible. I was on the road working, so I couldn’t go back to get my order fixed, but if they had done it right the first time, I wouldn’t have to. Overall, I recommend avoiding this place. Consider yourself warned.
Great bagels, but!, it's not often the staff follows directions. Last Saturday morning I placed an order for pick-up the next day, late Sunday morning. When I went to get it, it wasn't ready ... no one even started it. I was pressed for time ... and had to wait. I asked why it wasn't ready and all I got was a blank stare. And lately they aren't following directions on what I order.

I stopped by this restaurant while visiting the area, and I always like to get their delicious bagels. The aroma of the bagels is simply delightful. I ordered a bagel sandwich for breakfast along with an iced latte, and I was very satisfied. The staff was friendly, too.
Quality is barely average sometimes you get a bagel with enough cream cheese sometimes you don’t and you only get napkins if you ask for some reason. And can you turn the heat on? It’s freezing in there just barely average I don’t know what happened to this place
Bagel Pantry has the best bagels in New Jersey! My husband and I have sampled many bagel shops in search of a better option, but Bagel Pantry always comes out on top. They serve food quickly, even when there are long lines, and it's our favorite spot for bagels.
Had breakfast here before and looking forward again but was disappointed. Home fries had WAY too much season and spoiled the taste. I am a caribbean person and enjoy flavors, but this was toooo much. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30

Order a cheese omelete to go smaller size as before and it came with no cheese very dissatisfied. Tried call the store no one picking up. Will think twice about going back.
I live in PA now and have not had a decent bagel in YEARS!! They were excellent! I will drive the three hours to get them again!!
