I actually love this place, or at least I did. I've noticed lately (maybe past 6 months or so) that the food is always overcooked. The bacon is burned, the eggs are tough, the bread is burned. I usually come on Saturdays or Sundays. I'm hoping that someone from Bagels Brew will read this and remedy this. The bagels are always amazing and the cream cheese mixtures are very tasty. Hoping to love this place again!
This place is busy on the weekend! For good reason as the bagel breakfast sandwiches and coffee are excellent. Dining in on the patio can be a little chaotic and I noticed a lot of people got their breakfast food to go, but it’s because it’s so good. Got French toast, eggs, bagels a breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee which all were hot and tasty.
It's important to remind your morning staff to adjust their attitudes. The employee in the grey beanie and black hoodie was quite disrespectful today without cause. There was a noticeable lack of customer service and communication. We visit to enjoy our experience, not to be treated poorly.
The bagel sandwiches, split pea soup, and Caesar salad were outstanding. They were fresh and packed with rich flavors. There is a great selection of options available for everyone, including vegetarian choices and items for health-conscious diners. The coffee was also quite good! Réservez une table maintenant
There bagels are better than the ones in New York. They are always fresh big and super delicious. They even have lox in cream cheese. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.
The bagels are fantastic, but the coffee leaves much to be desired. The staff could benefit from some training on how to prepare it properly.
Food is always good, but without fail, every single time they mess up our mobile order. We are always missing entire items from our order.
I forgot why we hardly visit this place anymore. Service is VERY SLOW and employees don’t care. Overpriced too for mediocre food. Réservez une table maintenant
