Bahama Buck's Snow Cones

Every time I come inside, the service is questionable...meaning the workers usually ignore me for about 5-10 minutes and then take my order. There isn't usually a greeting or a simple I will be with you in a moment. The employees should be trained to greet the customers and let them know when they will be waited on. I am simply ignored while they make other orders. After waiting/being ignored for several minutes, my order was taken. The order was made correctly. It was yummy!

I tend to visit this location more often than others and I’ve noticed that sometimes the flavors that I get taste different sometimes. Like sugar water. I am not sure if that is something that they do when they are running low on flavor but it’s quite nasty and deceiving. They should just let the customer know that they are out of that flavor and let them choose if they want to change their order or cancel it. Other than that the service friendliness is there.

I visited within an hour of closing time and decided to try the drive thru attendant's recommendation of a lemon lime and strawberry snow cone, which was a good combination. My order was ready after I paid for it at the drive thru window. I have been to other locations, and my experience here in terms of service times and product quality was great.

Today my family and I came to visit this Buhama Bucks location. The staff working named Ryan, Matthew, and Emily did an excellent job making our shaved ice cups. The dessert treats were fresh and the best we have had visiting Bahama Bucks. Exceptional customer service at this location thanks to y'all! Réservez une table maintenant

Drinks are refreshing but the styrofoam cups are very fragile. Lids pop off with the slightest pressure, the long straws make it easy to puncture the bottom. Please upgrade the cups. Besides that, customer service is on point, no other complaints.

service is ok, igs. but the super sour watermelon IS NOT SUPER SOUR WATERMELONNN!! i have tried numerous bahama bucks in multiple cities and they all taste the same EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE AHHHHH

My favorite is the pina colada with condensed milk ! There are so many flavors to choose from super fats drive threw and always fast customer service .

There snow cones come in so many flavors its hard to chose. My grand kids chose about five flavors in there cones. A small one is big enough. Réservez une table maintenant

This location has 10x the surfer vibes of the one in highland village, plus they actually give you enough syrup lol
