Baja Fresh - Réservation de table

second time i came in here there was no ac at all inside. just the portable ones but it was still hot. i was so hungry, i was gonna get my fav burrito enchilado style but come to find out they ran out of chz. i said screw it cuz this location was closer than the one at warner center. this last time i came here, i ate inside and the tables were dirty, counters dirty and still no ac. im an agm myself at jersey mikes, i always prioritize getting those tables and chairs wiped down. if my employees can’t do it, i will. anyways, instead of buying portable ac’s get the actual unit fixed. the food was mediocre at best, the chz on my burrito enchilado wasn’t even melted. it did kinda mess up my stoma...

baja fresh porter ranch location. they want to express this location in a targeted way after I had avoided this Mexican food restaurant from a series of not so spectacular experiences, I tried to blow away the location porter ranch from the quality of the food. after many disappointing or mediocre experiences of this popular chain, the porter ranch site reminded me of why I enjoyed eating here at first. I must assume that this is the management and quality of a food service business. prices are fair for food quality. major kudos to this special place for fresh quality food. please calm down.

Terrible customer service. I ordered online directly from there website and asked for delivery. We were notified the food was delivered, but nothing was received. When we called Baja Fresh to find out where the order was they said it’s not there responsibility and cannot do anything to help me. So I had to track down the delivery company we did not choose only to be told they would not replace the order and we have to go through Baja Fresh’s corporate office to request a refund... Terrible management at this establishment, I won’t be ordering from them again..

Usually I order through one of the food delivery apps but today I decided to call ahead and pick up my food .. service was great food was fine. Unfortunately looking at this place it’s sad this post is for the owner . Walls need at the very least cleaning, portable AC units inside obviously The AC needs repairs. Furniture looks bad and doesn’t match equipment looks horrible counters look worse…. Says a lot about Baja Fresh Corp. WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN. Réservez une table maintenant

I have to say I usually don't leave a review, this Baja fresh was absolutely disgusting everything thing from the dirt on the front door to the floors, soda counter top and then finally the horrific dirt in the bathroom. I have worked in the food industry, and if I WAS THE OWNER I WOULD BE APPALLED AT THE WAY MY EMPLOYEES WERE TAKING CARE OF MY PLACE. Shame on management ? ?

Cold burrito only thing warm was the tortilla wrap only so it could be rolled not a salt shaker in the building finally they were able to give a small plastic cup w salt and whats with cilantro???? they had to go find some sorry

I was asked to place an large order. I got there a little early. The door was open. The only employee I saw was yelling from the back room and I couldn't hear what he was saying. It was horribly rude and I will never go back

Dirty. The fried Fish was old in taco and not edible. Both tacos had a bunch of salad dressing poured into them. They don't even come with salad dressing. The children's quesadilla was good. Réservez une table maintenant

I got a toastda salad. The chicken look like old left over chicken. Dry and chewy. The fountain drink machine look like it needed a cleaning. Learn not to come to this one ever

They were out of guacamole. I ordered the Sea of Cortez and it was not good at all. Skip it!
