Several patrons were trying to figure out how the salsa lids fit on to take some to go as the tops didn 't fit everyone was getting frustrated. The nice guy up front just smirks when made aware .. like he already knew . Again their saving at every turn! Turn down the water in bathroom.. bank on people to be frustrated give up not get salsa w the lids. Then I go back to my car and this burrito literally is all pico de gallo hardly any gaucamole a couple pieces of...
I've been eating at this Baja Fresh since I was a child, and man....it's so disappointing to see how the quality of food has progressively gone downhill over the past few years. They've cut a lot of their best items from the menu, such as the chicken torta, and every time I order, I feel like their recipes become progressively more bland and mediocre. Baja Fresh used to be incredible and my favorite place for Mexican food, but I would never go out of my way to eat here anymore. I sincerely hope that management takes a good look at how they can improve the quality of their food and service, especially with so many competitors nearby like Chipotle across the street.
Sorry to say, it was okay cuz I was hungry the only problem I had is that I ordered two shrimp tacos I believe the times were like almost I think it's $5 for taco there was like four little shrimp in the taco they were very big but it's mostly like cabbage and tomatoes and everything for small shrimp not too happy with it I've had better sorry to say I was hungry but well I hope they do better next time not too happy right now but with it.

Overcharged for a soup that tasted stale. Requested customer service but was just told to come back later and completely ignored. Bad quality food and bad service.
Food not fresh and looked stale. We tried the burrito, carnitas bowl and chicken quesadia. Even the chips were not that great. Will never visit Baja Fresh
more like baja unfresh! the receptionist/server was very nice, but that didn't help.
