EVERY Baja Fresh says they close at 9. Meaning they stop serving customers at 9. And the workers leave at 9:30 or so. (30 minutes to clean and pack up). It even says on the front door they close at 9. The last 3-4 times I?ve came it was a good 8:10 or 8:20 and the workers always say they are already closed and stopped serving. Somebody is lying. And someone needs to find out who.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While it has always had a somewhat dreary atmosphere, I was especially taken aback during my dinner visit tonight when I discovered they had closed 90 minutes earlier than their advertised hours. If I can’t rely on them to honor their posted hours, there’s really no incentive for me to come back. It was quite frustrating.
Over the last several years I have been critical of this particular Baja location. I even drove farther to avoid it and go to other Baja locations . HOWEVER, the manager/management is now MUCH BETTER! It?s made an enormous difference and they hace gone from 1-2 stars to 5! Congratulations on your improvement; it?s noticed by many and appreciated by all !

When the female cook is working, be prepared for your order to arrive differently than you expected. You'll likely get less cheese and smaller portions overall, and you may need to ask for a change to one of your items, as they might give you something you didn't order (for example, the type of tortillas or beans).
I said the last time I was here I wouldn't come back. I forgot, and mistakenly came again. Same results, the meat is flavorless and not good at all. The staff is unattentive. Don't know what has happened, Baja Fresh, but you need to up your game on all levels. Done for a while.
