It's only saving grace was it didn't make me sick. And the rice was ok. I got the late night munchies while my baby was being treated at the hospital. I didn't really hold a grudge that the chips were a little stale as I knew I ordered 5 min before theywere to close. The next day, however I was looking for a more balanced meal and I want interested in pizza or fried foods. This is the worst-run restaurant I have ever encountered. The staff doesn't even seem to know their own menu. They informed me that I couldn't have roasted vegetables with my Baja bowl, even though it's clearly listed as an included ingredient. They charge extra for lettuce, and almost everything else, so a bowl that starts at $7.99 can easily end up costing $12 without adding guacamole. I hardly ever eat here, despite it being my favorite choice in the food court, because I can't afford to spend $12 on lunch every day, not to mention the unpleasant service experience.
When I finally got back to my room and tried the steak Baja Bowl from Baja Fresh, I was really disappointed. The meat's texture was more like roast than steak—it was poorly cut and cooked. This letdown also applied to the veggies, which I had to pay extra for; they were cut badly as well. You might think it’s impossible to cut veggies wrong, but I ended up with a boiled onion ring and some pepper rings. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the Baja Fresh menu.
I've dined here twice, but I won't be returning. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, and the portions were extremely small. I ordered a salad, and I could see the bottom of the plate through the middle of it after it was assembled. During my second visit, they didn't offer me any of the items, like grilled vegetables, that were included in the dish's price. Both times, the amount of cheese they added was laughable. I suggest you stay away!

I tried Baja Fresh for the first time based on good recommendations, but I was quite disappointed. I paid almost $10 for a burrito bowl that was bland, with just rice and beans. The dry chicken and extra veggies cost more, and the salad lacked any flavor—I had to add salt myself. I won’t be coming back. Since they don’t have negative ratings, I gave it one star.
The quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered a Baja bowl, which is supposed to include vegetables, but the server informed me that it doesn’t. That’s clearly stated in the item description. The meat was gray, and the rice was tough. The only decent item on my plate were the chips. I wouldn’t return to this restaurant.

Poor service. Servers were grumpy angry not ready to listen and advise on options. It was just a mess of a service. My card was thrown back at me without a receipt. I didn't even know how much they charged.
