Hotel espectacular con un maravillo personal. El hotel tiene una situación inmejorable, servicio gratuito de transfer al 1700 y cuando acabas de esquiar te recojen para llevarte al hotel. Decir que no tocas los esquís ni las botas en toda la estancia, el personal del hotel se encarga de entregártelos y recogértelos. También se encargan de descargar las maletas cuando llegas y de cargar el coche cuando te vas, qué más pedir. Hay que hacer una mención especial a todo el personal, son súper amables y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Pasamos una semana en el hotel y un día cenamos en el Bajo Zero . Todo genial, el personal, el lugar.... Comimos bacalao a la llauna, y pulpo a la brasa, todo perfecto. De entrante pan de coca y bravas Mim (realmente originales y muy ricas . Nos pedimos una sangría (24 € pero que no tiene nada que ver con el concepto habitual de sangría, ésta era otra cosa. Es un hotel estupendo y con una calidad enorme y un servicio increíble , el personal de 10 , yo diría que con el cambio a Eurostar necesita un mantenimiento de inmediato , saludos

Hotel ubicado en un paraje privilegiado. Excelentes accesos a las pistas de esquí, muy buen restaurante y salón para fumadores. Repetiría encantado.
