My wife and I dined here on 06/26/23, and had 2 major issues. 1. The restaurant was absolutely infested with flies. In case you didn't know if a fly lands on your food, it can transmit over 65 diseases to humans. To say that the fly infestation makes this establishment unhygienic is a hyperbolic understatement. 2. Baker's Square changed the recipe of their chicken tenders/fingers to a spicy, vastly inferior substitute. Please change your recipe back! Needless to say, we will not be returning here anytime soon, if ever.
It's an okay place ... We waited about 20 mins to be sat. The host was busy, the server walked past us several times but stared at us. Never asked us how the food was, or got drink refills. Didn't tell us to follow her to be seated or talk at all... just walked over and walked away. It was kind of awkward. my husband really didn't eat his food, wasn't very good. We brought my son there for his birthday. They don't offer a desert for birthdays, which isn't a big deal. Too expensive for mediocre food.
For many years we ordered pies for special occasions as we did for this Christmas this year dessert for a special meal. What a disappointment! The worst cherry pie ever it was a pink mush, the packaging was like from a low quality product. What have you done to a fantastic product? I could go to national discount grocery chain and get better quality for half the price for what I was charged. You don't have my loyalty any longer, it is now destroyed and forever disappointed.
I have been to this Bakers Square so many times over the past five years, every single time it has been amazing with amazing customer service. The food comes out fast, the customer service is great and I can never leave without taking a pie home. One of my favorite places to go and eat

My server was awesome, so kudos to him. My food was great. The tomato basil soup is amazing. I also got a grown up grilled cheese. My parents really liked their food too. So overall it was a good experience.
Super friendly staff. It was busy when we arrived, but didn't have to wait long. The food was great, and I really loved the waffle with strawberry and whipped cream.
My boyfriend and I attended here on Valentines day and the food was yummy and the service was even better! Best experience we both had by far at this location!
Food quality has gone downhill. Garlic baguette was hard and tasteless. Fried Fish was super greasy green beans was over peppered. Overall very disappointed.
