The restaurant was supposed to close in 25 minutes, but it seems they decided to close early. We attempted to call at 8:20 PM but received no answer. When we arrived ten minutes later, the staff told us we couldn’t place an order because they were closing early and wanted to leave for the day. We asked if we could return tomorrow to try again, but they simply said that was their plan. We left feeling hungry and frustrated. I went in for a sandwich 1 person in front of me, I get up and there is a sign. On break for 15 mins. 2 people working in 4 sandwiches. Evidently they were over worked! I understand if you were out of bread, etc. But ate 1:15pm you just need a break. So I see pepperoni pizza. I cant believe this cost my 5 dollars! All of us that were going to order have decided not to eat there ever again. Not only lost our business but our families......
Excellent service. I call in my order to be ready at a specific time each time and it always is! Really clean nice store too! I have been to this location several times and am never disappointed. They thanked me for my business the very first time I visited when they learned I made a special stop off the Interstate just for a special Baldinos sandwich when headed home from the coast. Located just minutes off of Interstate 75.

I stop at a lot of places but this place is extra clean, the staff is friendly, the manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The food is made to order and the bread is fresh. Any bad reviews must be Karen's because y'all don't get service likethis anymore. There was at least 10 people before me and I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. And only had two ladiesworking.
One of the best subs I 've ever had and the service was fantastic! I messed up my order (meant to order a hot sub instead of a cold sub); when I got my sub I explained my mistake and asked if they could just quickly heat it up for me. The woman behind the counter said absolutely not, you 're getting a fresh sandwich, we 'll make you a new one and it was phenomenal!
Joleen and her team handled the situation of not having someone available to bake the bread extraordinarily well. She was very professional, and I didn't mind the wait at all. I will definitely be returning! Thank you!
Always loved Baldinos but today I had the worst sandwich ever! I think she dropped the salt shaker in my sandwich. The bread was falling apart so bad I couldn't hold the sandwich. It will be a while before I go back!

Why interfere with an ingredient list if you do not go with instructions. Four whole steak-subs... each of them was wrong.
