I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to pay with my card. She insisted that my card numbers were incorrect, and then became hostile, accusing me of not speaking English well and suggesting that I was being treated this way because of my accent. It's clear that she shouldn't be working in customer service if she's going to treat patrons this way. I definitely would not recommend this place. Please avoid it!
I am pleased with the way they make our chicken dishes correct. Hot food. Friendly people. Sometimes it takes too long. But, overall good food. Worst place to do delivery. A couple times orders were late or wrong. And had seafood in my rice and noodles. I am allergic to seafood too. Will never order from them ever again.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the best Chinese food in town, my girlfriend and I are willing to go out of our way for it. J.J. sets the standard high with his exceptional customer service and kindness. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, J.J!
They informed me that the delivery would take 40 minutes to reach my home. However, it ended up taking an hour and a half to arrive. By that time, my family members had to eat something else because they had other commitments to attend to. Réservez une table maintenant
The quality of the food has noticeably declined. As many others have mentioned, I was informed that the delivery would take up to 45 minutes, but it actually arrived 2 hours later and was only lukewarm at best.
Ordered sesame chicken combination platter, got fried chicken with no sesame sauce...and no egg roll. You need to take orders correctly. Thanks for attempting to fix by bringing the egg roll.
Sweet and sour chicken was very good, dumplings had very little meat in them maybe a ball the size of a quarter total ripoff for 10$. Eggroll wasn't good tasted
So happy they are open Christmas! They gave me soo much chicken in my general tso's order. So fresh and good as always. I've been a customer for over 15 years. Réservez une table maintenant
