Balm - Réserver une table

As we were staying at this hotel for 3 nights, we chose to eat at the Bistro on our first night. Paid main course price for a miniscule entree size meal. Served 3 slices of bread however one was an inedible rock hard crust. Couldn 't find any egg and only 3 tiny pieces of asparagus in the egg and asparagus salad. So disappointed with the whole meal we left early and were amazed to find that we were charged 5 Swiss Francs for 2 glasses of tap water. We have travelled the world and eaten out extensively and this is serious rip off material. Avoid.

We were staying in the hotel and decided to eat in the bistro we were looking for something very casual and didn't really feel like going to the restaurant next door. We did however have the feeling that we were eating there with the service being quite formal but very efficient. Our food was excellent but I though a little over priced perhaps I could just be unfamiliar with local prices but I felt it not really good value.

We arrived at the hotel to stay overnight and discovered that the dining room was given over to a special event. (We were out-of-tourist-season visitors. So, graciously we were seated in the Bistro, which proved to be quiet, and the local lake fish that we were served is worth the trip, on its own.

Our last night we ate at Bistro. We had beef cheeks over Polenta. Best I have ever enjoyed. All food was excellent including breakfasts. Everything in Switzerland costs a little more. Worth it in the Bistro.

We had three mornings of the buffet breakfast and a dinner. Service and food of outstanding quality.
