I was not impressed by the spa. Reception: We spent two nights in the hotel; on the first day I went to the reception of the spa, asking for information about the different massages. The reception seemed a little hectic, after waiting, the lady who...attended me, could not (or want) to give to much explanation about the different massages. (I already should have seen, that this place is no for me… As I did not get information (meaning…none), I decided to book a Quiromassage, as I have it regularly at home. i have never been before in a medical spa in catalonia, only abroad, in the famous karlovy vary What a nice surprise: El Manantial hotel website is not very appealing (I know now they are about to change it), and the pictures look a little...boring. But, once i arrived, after 4 hours of public transportation i arrived to the unique mountain. Fall colors in the leaves of the trees. Checkin was fast and kind staff. Suite 331, probably one of the best rooms of the hotel. Living room and big bedroom. All you need. Own toiletries, no hair conditioner Basic but enough. Mountainlike décor everywhere. We stayed for 7 days. The first night we had dinner at the resturant. At least we try. The waitress was stressed out and answer me when I call her: what? Really rude. I had to return my dishes as the first one didn't have...any taste at all and the second was too salty and it wasnt what I ordered, so I end up eating a salad from a salad bar that I realize we could eat cause nobody offered it. Breakfast was not bad but poor quality and a lot of food...the eggs were terrible. Cleaning was another issue as our bathroom was filthy, they mop with something that left all the dirty on one side of the bathroom, really disgusting. Nos hemos alojado diez días por el Imserso y para nosotros es el mejor Balneario con diferencia a los que conocemos.La comida muy bien y además bien presentada.El primero y entrantes es buffet ,hay varios platos a elegir,luego el segundo tienes para elegir entre dos platos. El desayuno buffer variado, varios tipos de cafés,panes,embutidos,fruta,zumos, etc…El personal muy amable y siempre pendiente a lo que necesites. El lugar dese luego es para olvidarte del estrés y descansar.Mucho paseo y senderismo. En cuanto a los tratamientos deberían de ser más variados según necesidades y no estar tan espaciados de uno a otro.La cafetería cierra a las 4 de la tarde y no vuelve a abrir hasta las 19.00...

Estancia de 9 noches del Imserso. El lugar es privilegiado, con un montón de paseos y caminatas por la montaña. Los alrededores cuentan con varias iglesias románicas y ermitas que son una gozada, pueblos preciosos y el parque nacional de Aigüestortes. El hotel está un poco anticuado, las habitaciones normalitas, la comida, de bufet, tiene cierta calidad sin pasarse y lo mejor del hotel sus emplead@s, muy amables en general. En el tema del balneario lo calificaría con un 6.
Está en un entorno maravilloso y cuando regresas cansado de tus excursiones, tienen unos profesionales increíbles para los tratamientos en el Balneario, muy recomendables. Ah! y es verdad van grupos del IMSERSO, pero comen en otro comedor, y además a mi personalmente no me molestan, me gusta y me parece positivo que nuestros mayores puedan disfrutar de ello.
el sitio es espectacular y todos los trabajadores están muy atentos. la habitación era espaciosa y limpia. la comida del restaurante también estaba bien y finalmente el circuito termal estaba muy completo. altamente recomendado.
Este sitio es genial, para disfrutar de la naturaleza. 35 fuentes naturales, paisajes impresionantes, a los que les gusta la montaña. Montaña en este casi puro.

¡Una estancia inmejorable! buenas instalaciones, tratamientos y en un lugar idílico! Además, la comida ha sido exquisita. ¡Lo recomiendo!
