I live right around the corner and I’ve been going to this place for years, It was always average and a place I went to when I didn’t want to cook but was hungry with nothing much in the house. But this time I was pleasantly surprised, and very happy! I ordered the eggplant Panini, and the veggie pizza and I was surprised basically because I thought it was just going to be kind of blah with me needing to ump up the spice and flavor, but it wasn’t. It was really tasty, so thank you to Balsamos for feeding me well that day. I haven’t ordered anything from you for a couple of years and this has renewed my appreciation of your food. Used to order from here often while at work, they would occasionally forget an item and would bring it pretty quickly. Until the got out order wrong one day and forgot items. They said it would take hours to replace our food or we could pick it up (even though we had already paid for the delivery). After several phone calls to attempt to get the correct food. i was told that the manager or supervisor had told the staff i was not allowed to order from there anymore. We would spend over a hundred dollars there multiple days a week ordering lunch at work. Not sure if it was a new manager, never had a problem before. But i won't be returning.
Really lame they “changed” their prices recently so it doesn't match the online menu prices. Was a loyal customer but definitely won’t be buying anything from them anymore. I politely asked if I can take 1 $3 order of fries off my order so I can afford my food and the rude man behind the counter(who was on the phone the whole time dealing with me) told me he won’t because they “already made it” as if he doesn’t care that their prices are wrong online. foods awful btw
My entire order was wrong for the second time. The first time, they brought me the wrong soda. This time, everything was incorrect with the toppings and they just threw lettuce in like there was already lettuce under my burger. There was no ketchup or fried onions. Absolutely disgusting. Wings were super under cooked and chewy. Garlic nots were burnt and hard as bricks with no sauce. Pizza tasted like rubber. Will never order again. The food has not been the same since new ownership took place. Focus on QUALITY over QUANTITY. Can’t see them being in business much longer.
