Balthazar - Réservation de table

what a disappointment. Balthazar has been an institution in perth for many years, so it was not a surprise when my sister here wanted her birthday dinner. my father ordered the duck (he does this for years) and I agree that it must be pink, but not so raw that he could not cut it with a steak knife!!! the chef should never leave it. they did not instruct us on the meal and the waiting staff was nice, but I will not be back for one because. Not if there are so many other great restaurants in perth now.

Absolutely amazing, I found the Irish waitress an absolute gem. I want sold on the wine waiter but that could be personal preference. Food was .... delicious. I'd go back again and bring the world to sit at my table, but the room isn't quite that big.

we had a family dinner in balthazar and the eating and drinks were simply amazing. the staff also went beyond and beyond for us and I cannot blame it. very nice eating. we hope to come back!

Food oily, smallish serving sizes and overpriced. Nice ambience. Definitely a to $ restaurant.
