Much smaller than I thought, but a steady stream of baked goods to offer you a large selection of small batches of pastries all day. Oddly, disappointed with the croissant, not crispy and flocky, more bread like. Price is higher, but expected for higher quality. Love that some items are offered in different sizes, so I can simply rehearse. Staff friendly and beautiful arranged purchase in box for transportation. We have to come back to try the bread.

Balthazar Bakery fucked! It seems that everything is baked on the grounds. It seems great from outside until you enter, it is a walk through. You can have to wait on a line outside until there is space inside. They have baguettes, rolls, croissants, Danishes and coffee. I have a cold brew. It smelled amazing, service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Excellent! We got a bag full of goodies for our 2 year anniversary. Pear Galette, cranberry tart, ham and cheese croissant, (not pictured (because we ate it too fast) mini chocolate croissant mini current scone). It was all delicious and fresh! We’ll be back!

From monkey bread to Danish to all pastries. It's so subtle and French. If you like subtle and french, it is whether its NJ or NY. Nice!
