I ordered takeout last night and had a problem with a delivery charge which initially limited me to ordering only one meal. However, after speaking with the manager who was incredibly friendly and helpful, the issue was quickly resolved and I was able to order a second meal. The second meal was delivered very quickly, only about 10-15 minutes after the first meal. The food was absolutely amazing. I have lived in Braintree my whole life and have tried many takeaway curries, but the food from last night was flawless. The customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Spent nearly £80 on a takeaway delivery. Should have trusted my gut feeling with how difficult it was to get my order confirmed. Balti arrived without the ordered naan bread which they declined to then deliver that night, offering only a free naan bread on next order (which to be accurate means they offered to deliver another day the naan bread I paid for tonight). Then the prawn curry had shells still on some of them. Second time recently my order was incomplete. Have now torn up their menu to prevent an inadvertent third order.
We did not go out for a meal, but instead ordered takeout. The food was overpriced for the quality we received. The lamb in the curry was tough to chew and the rice was cold. Additionally, we did not receive everything we ordered. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.
Always order from here. But tonight was awful. The food turnt up cold. Wasn't waiting long food was delivered in 20 mins after ordering.And the lamb we got was dry. It was bland no flavour and tasteless. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Our order was late and the poorly constructed bag broke in the hallway, causing half of our meal to be lost. It was disappointing because we had ordered from this restaurant before with no problems.
We have ordered more then we normally do for us the food has always arrived before the predicted time, always warm, always have everything with the order, always very tasty to! Thankyou everyone!
Have had several takeaways home deliveries from here and have not been disappointed. Helpful staff on the phone. Prompt delivery in the timescale quoted. Food always of a good quality.
I tried to order tonight. Thought I would get a discount. Nope. I needed to pay cash to get the discount. They lost a £50 order. Cash is nice. Customers are better that also pay.

honestly...what an amazing Indian! flavours are amazing,not greasy,portions are massive!!! and just the best Indian around!!!! deffo our one from now on
What a great takeaway meal. Cooked superbly and what else can I say when you get something you look forward to and you get it. I'll be back real soon
