We asked for a beer, then asked for a menu, we were told we had to sit in the restaurant area to eat, we moved 1 meter to a table within the restaurant, to be told rudely we cannot just take a seat we need to make a reservation, even though there were only two tables occupied! What an amazing job the owner has done in transforming the old camping restaurant to what it is now. We love everything especially the food, service and ambience. Originally I had hoped to eat from the special rice menu that had ravioli stuff with eel and paella with rabbit on it but unfortunately this had to be ordered for 2 people. So instead I opted for the salmon, potato and artichoke option which was delicious, the salmon just melted in my mouth. I didnt have a pudding but sampled my husbands which was called Mil Hojas (a kind of yogurt/cheese with honey) and biscuits and this too was delicious. We had not booked, so were sitting away from the main dining. I ordered Calamares Romano, my Wife Mussels, the calamari was like chewing rubber, and the batter was soggy, the mussels were enjoyable. My wife had a curry which she thought OK, I had a Angus Beefburger, the bun was so hard that when my knife would not cut it, I gave some of it to the birds, after trying a few times, they flew away. the burger was good, but for the price, It did not need an armour plated bun. When you think of the number of excellent M del D. in L'Ampolla. The cost did not meet the quality, and the waiter was helpful, but service slow.
This was our best experience in L’Ampolla Spain. A bit unexpected cause this is a restaurant from a camping, but inside you definitely don’t get a camping feeling, it s a nice design and lovely seating. Great staff, very friendly, very service orientated. The food was near to perfection, courses we would recommend : tuna in all 4 ways and the Angus Beef burger, but we would definitely come back here to try out the other options... Maybe next year!

What has happened?? Just after 8pm the kids decided they wanted a pizza but we were told we couldn't have this out on the terrace after 8pm! The covered terrace had many empty tables but they were all reserved, 30 mins later when we paid our bill and left those tables were still empty! I hope those people all turned up and compensated for the 7 people who went elsewhere and won't be back
We met this restaurant for the joy cart program, as we got it we say we stayed in l, blister. We chose the dismantling menu at 15 euros, a great success, some dishes had supplement, also offered us letter. the very correct menu, quality product, we will certainly return the very good home cheese cake. the restaurant has terrace and interior, very well decorated by the way!
Comemos el menu de 18€. Muy bueno y con guiños a la cocina del delta. El local es espectacular, con la piscina y el mar al lado. Servicio muy profesional, rapido y eficaz. No se puede pedir mas
Un sitio único, con un trato muy bueno y respetuoso. La comida está riquísima, en especial la paella vegetal y el arroz caldoso de pato. Las tiras de pollo teriyaki también están genial.

Food is quite good but a bit pricey for a caravan site, especially with kids! Service is very slow after serving the first drink the staff seem to forget you're there.
We've eaten and dined for several days. Nothing has failed! super friendly service (all), amazing food and quiet atmosphere without becoming a funeral.
