I have now had two awful experiences here with to-go orders and will likely not return. Told at the quoted pickup time my order was waiting on one item, my food wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes as I stood and waited. The restaurant was not busy. The host ignored me and after asking for an update they told me they had no communication with the kitchen and didn’t even attempt to find out the cause of the delay. Eventually it became clear there was an issue and they sent someone looking. My crispy rice dish was completely soggy by the time I got my two-item order (since it had been ready for at least 30 minutes). Especially at this price point, what a disappointment.
