The woman and the staff at the counter were quite rude. When I requested a room temperature Ginger Ale instead of a cold one, she refused and claimed they didn't have any. However, after five minutes, I saw them restocking the fridge with regular Ginger Ales. We spent $140, and her attitude was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even that great; we went there specifically for the Halal options. It was really disappointing.
Loved the food. The portions were more then I expected. Cooked fully. Service was pretty good as long as you yourself were polite to them first, but a bit invasive when their in cleaning modeAmbiance was crowded. It goes to show the popularity of the place. But the place is different when you think of Afghan food. The decor doesn't seem to match the vibe, but spacious. I highly recommend the Mango slush. Will definitely return.
Proximity to Wonderland has its own advantages and disadvantages. Staff was rude and frustrated by end of day 8pm. So called manager has no courtesy and was so rude. Restaurant was stinking with used plates and food around the tables on floor. Zerocleanliness, tables were cleaned with dirty cloth, sticky floor and glad I didn?t use washroom. This is a fantastic restaurant, though the prices can be somewhat steep. However, I can't get enough of this place! The meals are always fresh and hot, and I highly recommend trying the mango slushy or the chai tea. The customer service has definitely improved; no matter your background or familiarity with the menu, the staff will take the time to help you find something you'll love.
Amazing food ...soo good that I had to parcel some kebobs home as well! One plate with the rice and salad and meats is huge for just one person! The korma was really different but really delicious as well! But my favorite was the chapli kebob, the flavour,spice and doneness was perfect!
The food here is incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! The roti is so fluffy, and it pairs perfectly with spicy dishes like the red kabobs, which really enhances the experience. This place is outstanding, and even the plain white rice is bursting with flavor!
