banana blossom strives to be vegan-friendly, but cannot always hit the brand. when we had placed our delivery order, the gentleman assured us on the phone that they would make everything vegan. when I asked if the curries could be made vegan or if the curry paste had garnel paste, he said that the garnel paste was already mixed into the curry paste, so that the curries cannot be made vegan. and then he assured us that the other dishes we wanted could be made vegan. but as we fit into home and our “vegan” pad kee mao (drunken nudeln) we have discovered that there is a lot of fried egg in it. we called them and they made for us a new, actually vegan, but of course we would have liked not to ge...

Banana Blossom strives to be vegan-friendly, but cannot always meet the brand. When we made our takeout order, the Lord on the phone assured us that she would make everything vegan. When I asked if the curries could be made vegan or if the curry paste had shrimp paste, he said that the shrimp paste was already mixed into the curry paste so that the curries cannot be made vegan. And then he assured us that the other dishes we wanted could be made vegan. But when we fit home and our “vegan” pad kee mao (drunken noodles) we have discovered that there is a lot of fried egg in it. We called them and they made for us a new, actually vegan, but of course we would have liked not to get the egg first...

Banana Blossom aims to be vegan-friendly, but falls short at times. When placing our takeout order, the person on the phone assured us that they could make everything vegan. However, we later found out that the curries could not be made vegan due to shrimp paste being mixed into the curry paste. Despite this, they were able to make other dishes vegan upon request. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened our "vegan" pad kee mao, we found fried egg in it. They did make us a new vegan dish when we called, but we would have preferred not to receive the egg in the first place. It's also worth noting that the wide rice noodles used are not the traditional soft homemade noodles found in authenti...

This restaurant offers many vegan options that are naturally plant-based, as long as you don't add any animal products for protein. If you choose tofu or extra vegetables, you won't need to modify the dish. It's recommended to ask for no fish sauce in any dish you order as a precaution. Most dishes are prepared with coconut milk instead of dairy, making them very vegan-friendly. The staff are willing to accommodate dietary preferences and are happy to answer any questions. The chef is experienced and knowledgeable. #Veganuary.

Many articles are naturally vegan as long as you do not add earth beings for the protein; if you are for Tofu or additional Veggies you do not have to change the court. As an additional precaution, make sure that you do not ask fish sauce on each plate. Most dishes are made with coconut milk instead of milk. They are very vegan friendly and ready to accommodate, they are not annoyed when you ask questions. The cook definitely knows what they do. #Veganuary Updated by previous review on 2022-01-23

I decided to try Banana Blossom after discovering that Even Steven across the street no longer offered many vegan options. The lunch special includes soup of the day, which unfortunately had pork in it during my visit, and is priced at around $10. I was happy to see that the green curry was not labeled as spicy, so I ordered it with tofu. The portion size was on the smaller side, but the dish was delicious.

This restaurant may not offer completely authentic Thai cuisine, but it still provides delicious and satisfying dishes. Our waitress provided great service. Additionally, the majority of the menu items can be customized to be vegan. Réservez une table maintenant
