Banana Boogie Bakery

We called in for a coffee and thought we should enjoy a salted caramel donut, both were delicious!!!! While enjoying the last of our coffee we noticed they had a new Hot Dog Pie on the menu so thought why not???? Even though we had just had coffee and cake!!!!!The pie was also delicious very tasty with real hot dog pieces in it.Then we thought why not a few cakes for after dinner tonight so some delicious take away cakes it was - the only problem was which cakes to take away, they all looked so delicious??A really great little bakery that produces very good quality food - make sure you try it sometime soon.

Banana Boogie Bakery is a small local bakery with a quality reputation. Service upon entry is always good with friendly staff and you can often speak to the baker himself and find out his latest wins in the state cooking competitions. The food consists of a wide range of bakery items which are nicely displayed and my favorites are the pasties and any of the numerous sweet items. Other items such as the usual usual range of soft drinks etc are available. The only negative is the size of the shop but you can always be served in good time.

I love hearing about and trying local places - and this little shop is just amazing. Always busy - lines out the door - their pies are delish. They are winners of awards for their vanilla slices - try one (well, maybe half - they are huge!). All the cakes are amazing. I'm sure it won't be long before they move from their little bakery into bigger premises - I hope if this does happen they don't lose their wonderful local appeal. Well done guys - I love visiting you on Saturdays!

Well. Fluffy and soft. There a must try. I love a good doughnut. Villis taste stale. Balfours taste stale. Becks bake house have stiff doughnuts. But this place has light fluffy soft. Mmmm lovely. I recommend this to all doughnut lovers. And there big......Havent tried much els but must try doughnuts.... Réservez une table maintenant

Agreed the "snot blocks" are the best! Actually everything I have tried from this bakery has been sensational. Warning if you want to try the famous vanilla slice you have to get in early. Its easy to support local when local is amazing. :)

This bakery is fantastic, their award winning vanilla slice is worth the visit. Inexpensive place for lunch, they even have a place to sit outside.

This is the best bakery in the Belair- Blackwood area by far! They have a wide range of pies and their bread is award winning!

Service is friendly. Veggie pasties are tasty! Good veg texture, nice & soft but not mashed up. Pastry is crisp. All good.
