After reading the fantastic reviews, we decided to visit this restaurant early on Friday and were greeted with a warm welcome. We tried the nachos with pulled pork, the house bark burrito, the bark quesadilla, and the mac and cheese with crispy bacon. All the dishes were made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and were simply amazing. The portion sizes were generous, offering great value for money. The hospitality was warm and friendly from everyone. I can't recommend this place enough!
one of the best burritos we've ever had. the food was hot and the service was second place. the waitress who served us was only happy to help with suggestions and to check everything was in order. as a vegan it can be hard to find somewhere that has options for us and see some different options on the menu was great. would recommend this place to anyone who comes to windermere.
We had a wonderful late lunch experience! The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious; I highly recommend the enchiladas along with a gin and guayaba jarrito. I can't wait to return when we're back in the lakes!
Food is so good that we went two days in a row! Burritos are delicious with clearly lots of love gone into them. Filling is extremely generous, with plenty of meat. Staff are super friendly too. Despite doing takeaway you could feel the place had a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back : Réservez une table maintenant
Really amazing burrito spot ran by a couple of friendly Lake District locals who have imported ingredients, sauces and drinks to make it really authentic to Mexico. The food is fresh and flavourful. Don’t let the exterior of the building put you off this amazing little gem.
The food was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and we even saw some people bringing crates of sweet produce to the restaurant. The upbeat music in the background added to the happy atmosphere, and that burrito kept me full all day!
What a delightful surprise to find an outstanding Mexican restaurant in the English countryside! The presentation of the burrito bowl is different from what we’re used to in California, but it was delicious.
