Ich würde nicht sagen, dass die Gerichte exakt wie die originalen vietnamesischen Spezialitäten schmecken, denn die Aromen wurden offensichtlich an den deutschen Geschmack angepasst. Dennoch gefällt mir genau diese Art der kulturellen Mischung in der Würzung. Die Pho würde ich nicht besonders empfehlen, da die Brühe nicht so delikat, klar und vielschichtig ist wie bei einer authentischen vietnamesischen Pho. This restaurant is the city centre branch of the other Banôi that has been on HappyCow for longer. It has outdoor seating and also indoor seating in a basement, but the interior is very cool and I liked the atmosphere immediately because it actually reminded me of a streetfood restaurant in South East Asia. There are many vegan options! I had the green curry and it was perfect. My husband had the steamed dumplings and a noodle dish, both were great, too. The place was absolutely packed in the evening although it was a weekday (in high season), so it will be best if you reserve a table. While we were eating, several people arrived and had to leave again because there was no table available.
first restaurant in our holiday. very nice personal, very nice menu. clearly marked what is vegan. I had a very nice homemade ice tee lychee kokos as a drink. the food took some time, but the terras was full (not pure) and the taste was very good!
Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Hatte eine Pho und die Suppe hat nach kaum was geschmeckt total wässrig. Zudem kaum Hühnerfleisch. Dafür ist der Preis für 20 Euro so hoch. Da gibt es in der Innenstadt bessere Alternativen.
