I love this place. great for a quick bite before or during the midday. really good coffee and cake too. the staff is always very helpful and there is usually a large team so that they are quickly served. recommended sitting outside in the back courtyard when it is a sunny day. also recommend the smoky salmon and rührei or bagel with brie and speck.

great atmosphere indoors, log fire, friendly and attentive staff, dog friendly. a large outside area for the warmer months. we had only one coffee and a cake that were both delicious. dairy alternatives available. a very pleasant stay at the end of a day to foot. would definitely recommend.

Had a one night stay here in a single room, small, but perfectly adequate with a comfy bed. The breakfast was of a good quality, including a great bowl of porridge. Highly recommend for an overnight stay. The cakes looked good, but didn't try any.b

Ambience , service presentation and quality of food was amazing. Interior and seating stylish. Ordered tea platter with scone and clotted cream at the side, variety of sandwiches

Nothing exceptional. Limited cake selection at the end of the day. Limited options for tea. Staff were pleasant though a bit slapdash. Nothing special
